- Clubbulc subscription prices are final prices in CHF. Clubbulc is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged or shown.
- Stripe, TWINT and card-provider fees apply only to online payments. Clubs pay them separately, without any Clubbulc markup.
- There is no fixed upload limit for normal club operations. If storage use becomes unusually high, we contact you before any additional costs arise.

Which clubs is Clubbulc designed for?
Clubbulc is designed for clubs that want to manage members, communication, personal details, documents and payments in one place. Pricing is based on the number of active members.
Do members have to install an app?
Clubbulc works as a web app in the browser and can be added to a phone's home screen. Push notifications require operating-system permission; all content remains visible in the member area even without push.
How do members receive messages and tasks?
Official messages, tasks, documents and invoices appear in each person's member area. When push notifications are enabled, they open the relevant content directly.
Can a club offer different memberships?
Yes. A club can define different memberships, fees, billing intervals and requirements for adults, children or other groups.
Can parents manage their children?
Yes. Authorised guardians manage each child from their own account. The child remains a separate person with their own memberships, documents and tasks.
Which payment methods are available?
Depending on activation and country, clubs can offer online payments through Stripe, including supported cards and TWINT, as well as bank transfers with a reference. Incoming payments can be matched through electronic bank reconciliation.
Who can see personal details and documents?
Each club works in a separate area. Members and club staff see only content they are authorised to access, and private documents are not publicly available.
