View open club roles and express interest

Find open responsibilities, review what they involve and tell the club you are interested.

Find a suitable office

  1. 3Openings lists responsibilities for which the club accepts applications. The organization chart also shows the published club structure.

Express your interest

  1. 5Review the request and submit it once.
  2. 6The club decides on the request. The office appears as active in your person record only after the controlled acceptance.
  3. 7If the club invites you directly to an office, the invitation appears under Tasks and in the relevant person's record. Accept or decline it there.
  4. 8Offices deliberately has no task counter. It remains the overview for openings and the organization chart.

How to tell that it worked

  • The expression of interest shows an active status and was not created twice.
  • The club can review the request in its related club area.
  • After acceptance, the assigned office appears in the person record.
  • A direct club invitation appears exactly once under Tasks and opens the process for the relevant person.

If it does not work

No button to express interest is shown.
The position may be filled, unpublished or closed for applications. Check whether it is still listed under Openings.
The request is already shown as pending.
Do not submit it again. Wait for the club's decision or open the existing request.
Why is there no task counter on Offices?
Offices is the overview for openings and the organization chart. When you must accept or decline an invitation, it appears under Tasks and with the relevant person.
