Reply to a message

Read a club message and, when enabled, reply in a private conversation.

Open the message

  2. 2Read the subject, sender, content and any linked task in full.
  3. 3Opening the message marks it as read for your account.

Send a reply

  2. 5Write your reply and review it before sending.
  3. 6Notices sent to several people remain one-way notices and cannot become group conversations.

How to tell that it worked

  • The message is no longer counted as unread.
  • A sent reply appears directly in the same conversation.
  • A one-way notice deliberately has no reply action.

If it does not work

There is no reply field.
The club sent this as a one-way notice or addressed several people. Only an enabled private conversation can be answered.
The expected message is not visible.
Check the club and account, then refresh Messages. Messages are only delivered to accounts with active app access for the affected person.
