Find the correct club, install its club app on your phone and sign in securely with your personal account.
Find the club and install the app
- 1Open the club search and enter the club name.
- 2Check the name in the result, then choose Install on Android or Save on iPhone.
- 3Follow the steps shown and then open the club icon on your home screen.
- 4Start sign-in or club registration only from this installed club app.
Sign in securely
- 6Use the same sign-in method you used to create the account: email, Google or Apple.
- 7For an email account, use Forgot password to request a new link.
- 8Do not share your password or sign-in link with another person.
How to tell that it worked
- The club icon appears on your home screen.
- The correct club appears in the header.
- After signing in, you see your personal overview instead of the sign-in page.
- The installed app opens this club area directly in future.
If it does not work
- The club does not appear in the search.
- Check the spelling. If the club is not publicly listed yet, use the installation link provided by the club.
- How do I start club registration?
- Choose Android or iPhone in the club search and install the club app first. Then open the club icon on your home screen and start sign-in or club registration there.
- Sign-in fails even though the email address is correct.
- Use the same sign-in method as when you created the account. Forgot password only applies to an email account, not Google or Apple.
