Find the correct club, install its club app on your phone and sign in securely with your personal account.

Find the club and install the app

  1. 1Open the club search and enter the club name.
  2. 2Check the name in the result, then choose Install on Android or Save on iPhone.
  3. 3Follow the steps shown and then open the club icon on your home screen.
  4. 4Start sign-in or club registration only from this installed club app.
  5. 5If registration is interrupted before personal details are saved, open the same icon again. The app returns to the last safely stored point instead of showing the public Clubbulc website.
  6. 6After saving your personal details, your personal overview opens. Add a membership there deliberately with Add membership.

Sign in securely

  2. 8Use the same sign-in method you used to create the account: email, Google or Apple.
  3. 9For an email account, use Forgot password to request a new link.
  4. 10Do not share your password or sign-in link with another person.

How to tell that it worked

  • The club icon appears on your home screen.
  • The correct club appears in the header.
  • After signing in, you see your personal overview instead of the sign-in page.
  • The installed app opens this club area directly in future.
  • Personal details interrupted before saving resume from the last safely stored point the next time the app opens.
  • After personal details are saved, the overview opens; you add a membership there separately.
  • A prepared checkout resumes the next time the app opens without submitting the membership early.

If it does not work

The club does not appear in the search.
Check the spelling. If the club is not publicly listed yet, use the installation link provided by the club.
How do I start club registration?
Choose Android or iPhone in the club search and install the club app first. Then open the club icon on your home screen and start sign-in or club registration there.
Sign-in fails even though the email address is correct.
Use the same sign-in method as when you created the account. Forgot password only applies to an email account, not Google or Apple.
The app was closed during registration.
Open the same club icon again. Before personal details are saved, the app returns to the ongoing entry; after checkout has been prepared, it returns to checkout. Entries that have not been submitted are not stored in the browser for privacy reasons.
