Set account, language and notifications
Change personal account settings and manage device notifications deliberately.
Manage the account
- 3Change only your own account and complete any required security confirmation.
- 4When you sign in with Google or Apple, some password actions are not available inside CLUBBULC.
Manage notifications
- 5When you first enter the installed club app, you can enable notifications directly. Then allow the iOS or Android prompt.
- 6Under Account and Notifications, one switch turns all alerts on or off for this device.
- 7Club messages, tasks, payment notices and important system updates always belong together, so they are not presented as separate choices.
- 8An action you just initiated in the Member app is not repeated as a Push alert. Its result remains visible in the app. Later club responses and new tasks, messages, or payment events are still announced.
- 9Tap a push notification to open the exact task, message, invoice or fine. The destination is retained even if the club app was fully closed. An invitation to an office opens as a task and leads directly to the relevant person's process.
- 11If you deliberately turn the switch off, this device no longer receives push alerts. The content remains available in the app and the setup task does not return.
- 12The task count inside the app is visible immediately. The operating system can show the Home Screen app badge only after you give permission.
- 13The badge combines outstanding tasks, invoices and unread messages. An office invitation counts exactly once as a task; Offices deliberately has no separate counter.
- 14If the operating system blocks notifications, change the permission in the device settings.
How to tell that it worked
- The selected language is used throughout the app.
- Under Notifications, the shared switch is on when this device receives push alerts.
- The setup task disappears after notifications are enabled successfully.
- After you deliberately turn notifications off, the switch stays off and the setup task does not return.
- Actions initiated in the Member app do not create an additional Push to the same account. A later club response is still announced.
- After system permission is granted, the app icon badge matches the total of outstanding tasks, invoices and unread messages. An office invitation is included exactly once as a task.
If it does not work
- The first prompt was closed with Later.
- Open Tasks and select Enable notifications. The same setting is always available under Account and Notifications.
- Notifications cannot be enabled.
- Check the permission in the device settings. If it was previously denied, only the operating system can allow it again.
- Push is active but no alert appears.
- Check Focus mode, notification settings and the internet connection. The content remains available inside the app regardless.
- Why was there no Push after my own action?
- This is intentional: an action you just initiated is not pushed back to the same account. Club responses and new external events are still announced.
- A password action is missing.
- For Google or Apple sign-in, the password is managed by that provider. Use its account-security settings.
- Why is there no counter on Offices?
- Office invitations appear under Tasks and in the person record. Offices remains an overview and does not count the same invitation again.
