Choose the right people, review the complete message and deliver it safely inside the club app.

First decide who really needs to receive the message.

Review and send the message

The final review shows the content and recipients together before anything is sent.

How to tell that it worked

  • The message appears once in the message overview.
  • The recipient count matches your final review.
  • Replies are only possible when exactly one person was selected and replies were enabled.

If it does not work

A person is not shown as reachable.
Check whether the person has active access to the club app. A person without app access cannot receive the message.
The recipient count is unexpected.
Return to the recipient selection and review the selected membership profiles, function groups, individual functions, people and exclusions. A person is contacted only once even when several selections match.
Replies cannot be enabled.
A private conversation is only possible with exactly one person. Select one person or leave replies disabled.
No push notification arrived.
The message is still available in the club app. Push requires an active device and permission from the operating system.
