Grant and revoke CRM access safely

Invite a person as a CRM administrator through their own account and revoke access when it is no longer needed.

Invite an administrator

  1. 2Enter the person's personal email address and select Invite administrator. Club access is currently either administrator or no administrator.
  2. 3The invitation remains visible under Invitations until it is accepted. Withdraw an incorrect or no longer needed invitation before acceptance.
  3. 4Every authorised person uses their own account. Do not share accounts or passwords.

Review and revoke access

  1. 5Review the access list regularly. The club owner's access is protected.
  2. 7After revocation, the person can no longer manage the CRM. Their personal account is not deleted.

How to tell that it worked

  • The correct account appears once with the intended role in the access list.
  • The person can use only the areas required for their responsibility.
  • Granting or removal is recorded without private club or personal data in the audit history.

If it does not work

The account cannot be selected.
Check the email address. If no personal account exists yet, use the controlled invitation instead of a shared login.
The person sees too little or too much.
Compare their actual responsibility with the assigned role and adjust it to the least permission required.
Access is no longer required.
Remove the role through the intended access process. Do not delete or share the person's personal account.
